Zhi Qin Tan led our efforts to secure the first place in each of the three tasks on Cone Beam Computed Tomography (CBCT) scan segmentation in the MICCAI 2025 Oral and Dental Image aNalysis (ODIN) challenges! Our work has been documented at U-Mamba2: Scaling State Space Models for Dental Anatomy Segmentation in CBCT and U-Mamba2-SSL for Semi-Supervised Tooth and Pulp Segmentation in CBCT.
